Terms of Service

Effective March 13, 2026 · Floyd Media LLC

Agreement

By using SignedApproval — including the web app at signedapproval.net, the iOS app, or the API — you agree to these Terms of Service. SignedApproval is operated by Floyd Media LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

SignedApproval provides cryptographic human-in-the-loop verification for AI agents and automated systems. Users authenticate via passkey, Face ID, or TOTP to approve or reject requests, producing Ed25519-signed approval credentials that callers can verify offline.

Plans and pricing

SignedApproval offers a free tier with 200 approvals and 500 verifications per month, 1 approver, and 7-day decision history — no credit card required. Pro features (unlimited approvals, 5 approvers, 90-day history) are included with a Clevername Pro subscription. Enterprise plans with custom limits and dedicated support are available by contacting legal@signedapproval.net.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your credentials, API keys, and authentication devices secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Do not use SignedApproval to impersonate others, forge approval decisions, or circumvent the verification process. This includes automated or programmatic approval without a real human decision.
  • Do not use SignedApproval for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to abuse the API, circumvent rate limits, or interfere with the service or its users.
  • Notify us promptly at support@signedapproval.net if you believe your API keys or account have been compromised.

API and developer use

API keys are scoped to your account and must not be shared publicly or embedded in client-side code. Free tier API usage is subject to rate limiting. We may suspend or revoke API keys that are abused. Developer integrations that trigger approval requests must include a meaningful, human-readable description of the action being approved.

Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the API, or engage in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice when feasible, except in cases of severe abuse. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@signedapproval.net.

Disclaimer of warranties

SignedApproval is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Floyd Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SignedApproval — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, unauthorized access to your account, or actions taken or not taken by an AI agent based on a signed approval. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
