SignedApproval is free for individuals and small teams. All core features are included at no cost. An Enterprise tier is available for organizations with compliance, SLA, or provisioning requirements.
Free Tier
The Free tier includes everything:
- Unlimited approval requests
- Unlimited verifications
- Multiple approvers and API keys
- Full decision history
- All authentication methods (passkey, TOTP, biometric)
- All integrations (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab)
- Webhooks and log sinks
- iOS app with push notifications
- MCP server and SDK access
- Ed25519 signed proofs
- Public verification API
Enterprise Tier
Enterprise adds features for organizations with compliance or operational requirements:
- SCIM provisioning (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace)
- Dedicated support and custom SLA
- On-prem signing keys
- Audit log export
- Custom retention policy

Usage Tracking
Your current usage is visible in the dashboard. Tracked metrics include:
- Total approval requests this month
- Approved / rejected / expired breakdown
- Verification requests
- API calls by key
Note
Rate limiting is enforced to prevent abuse: 60 approval creations per minute and 300 verifications per minute. These limits are well above normal usage patterns.
Tip
Your current usage is visible on the Billing page in the dashboard, with a breakdown of approvals and verifications used this month.
